Let's get local…

Every day I get to meet the amazing locals of the Columbia River Gorge. I find myself learning about another business owner, inventor, world traveler, or epic athlete, continually being amazed by the concentration of such remarkable people in a small community. There's no place I'd rather call home. I feel that we all ought to share our gifts with the world. Cooking is something I have to offer. Often I hear about how about the challenges that cooking dinner can cause. Perhaps you were never inspired or shown the way to make wholesome meals. In this time of instant gratification, taking the thoughtful time necessary to put together a meal with love can really be hard at the end of the day. I would love to help you. I have three options for sharing my GIFT with my local community.

 
 

Cooking classes: 8 spaces available, 4 times a year for couples or individuals

So let's get cooking! I offer cooking classes. Below you'll see a list of dates I'm offering a class. Space is limited to four couples. Total cooking class time is three hours. We will create a meal from beginning to end, something simple that can be fully completed in an hour. We will discuss the kitchen basics that you can apply to all your meals. By the end you will have learned how to make the meal with seasonally available sides we source from LOCAL FARMS for your preferred date. Fee includes food costs, my time and kitchen rental. Upon completion of your dish, we will eat together.   

Cost is $60/individual, $100/couple

I get it. It's hard for me to do what I do and then come home and make dinner at the end of the day. But we don't want to spend a lot of money on take out or home delivery. That got me thinking... Let's stock up on those SEASONAL COMFORT FOODS. Below you'll see the calendar of the three month 4-week rotating schedule. We change our idea of comfort foods depending on what's fresh, available and complementary to the weather. All dishes will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursdays before 3pm for pick up. Please sign up by Wednesday night each week to be assured there is a dish available. Take advantage of this offering every week, even if all you do is fill up the freezer for those nights you really need something fast. These also make great meal train gifts. We all need help sometimes!

Price is $18 per meal, feeds family of 4: two adults, two children on average

There is also the option of signing on as one of my exclusive clients. I have limited space available for my in home meal delivery service. I deliver meals Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm. Clients can choose how many meals they want.  I offer the option of delivering Dinner, Lunch, Dinner in one delivery so you can be covered all week long.
